These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MeetIQ by Acjen AI, a product of Ajencel Inc. By visiting our website, submitting a contact form, requesting a demo, joining early access, or using MeetIQ, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MeetIQ.
1. About MeetIQ
MeetIQ by Acjen AI is a meeting intelligence product designed to help users turn meeting recordings into structured outputs, including summaries, key decisions, risks, and action items.
MeetIQ is currently offered for early access users, pilots, and selected teams. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change as the product continues to improve.
2. Early Access
MeetIQ may be offered as an early access or pilot product. During early access:
- Some features may be limited, experimental, or still being improved.
- Processing times, supported file types, usage limits, and output quality may vary.
- Billing and onboarding may be handled manually.
- We may modify, pause, or discontinue early access features at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right and authorization to upload any meeting recording or related content to MeetIQ.
You agree not to upload content that:
- You do not have permission to use or process
- Violates any law, contract, confidentiality duty, or third-party right
- Contains unlawful, harmful, abusive, or malicious material
- Includes sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to process it
- Is used for illegal surveillance, unauthorized recording, or improper monitoring
You are responsible for following all applicable recording consent laws and workplace, customer, vendor, or organizational policies before uploading meeting recordings.
4. Meeting Recordings and Outputs
MeetIQ may process uploaded meeting recordings to generate structured meeting outputs, including summaries, decisions, risks, and action items.
AI-generated outputs may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or using them for business decisions.
MeetIQ does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, financial advice, compliance review, or human decision-making.
5. Data and Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using MeetIQ, you understand that uploaded meeting recordings may be processed to provide product functionality, generate outputs, support reliability, improve the product experience, and maintain security.
We do not sell customer data.
Users may request deletion of uploaded meeting recordings and generated notes by contacting hello@acjen.ai, subject to legal, security, or operational requirements.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with MeetIQ or related systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or service
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse the service except as allowed by law
- Use MeetIQ to violate privacy, intellectual property, security, or recording consent laws
- Upload malicious files, viruses, harmful code, or deceptive content
- Use MeetIQ for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
7. Accounts and Access
If account access is provided, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or limit access if we believe there is misuse, security risk, non-payment, violation of these Terms, or legal risk.
8. Payments and Billing
During early access, billing may be handled manually. Pricing and plans may change as the product evolves.
If paid plans are offered, payment terms will be provided during onboarding or checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable fees for the plan or service you select.
If automated billing is added later, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Ajencel Inc. does not intend to directly store full payment card details.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
During early access, cancellation and refund requests may be reviewed manually.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on usage, plan type, billing period, and the specific circumstances of the request.
10. Intellectual Property
MeetIQ, Acjen AI, the website, product design, software, workflows, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Ajencel Inc. or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from MeetIQ unless we give written permission.
You retain rights to the meeting recordings and content you upload, subject to the rights needed for us to provide, secure, operate, and improve the service.
11. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or product improvement requests, you allow Ajencel Inc. to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
12. Third-Party Services
MeetIQ and the website may rely on third-party services for hosting, forms, analytics, security, communications, payment processing, infrastructure, or other operational needs.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
13. No Warranty
MeetIQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that MeetIQ will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, secure, or suitable for every use case.
AI-generated meeting outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete information.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajencel Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajencel Inc.’s total liability for any claim related to MeetIQ will be limited to the amount paid by you to Ajencel Inc. for MeetIQ during the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if no amount was paid.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ajencel Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of MeetIQ
- Your uploaded content or meeting recordings
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of law or third-party rights
- Your failure to obtain proper recording consent or authorization
16. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of MeetIQ at any time, especially during early access.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of MeetIQ after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
